Fri Dec 29 16:03:12 2006 Estaba comentando con Fonso la desetimación por parte del Tribunal Supremo de la querella de Manos Limpias contra el PSOE por su reunión con Batasuna. Concretamente me llamaba la atención haber leido que el Tribunal Supremo decía que no le correspondía a los tribunales controlar la acción del Ejecutivo. ¿Cómo? ¿Y el famoso equilibrio de poderes? Ah, pero es que buscando la noticia para compartir mi indignación con Fonso conseguí encajar la pieza que me faltaba: las omisiones de la noticia en algunos medios. Por ejemplo, he aquí la versión de 20 minutos (negritas en el original): [En el auto del Tribunal Supremo] se especifica que sería "impropio" pensar que los tribunales controlan la acción del Ejecutivo y de los otros poderes del Estado sometiendo a enjuiciamiento penal a sus titulares.
Y la misma noticia en el Diario del Alto Aragón (en este caso las negritas son mías): [El Tribunal Supremo] recuerda que, a pesar de que los tribunales “pueden ser llamados a controlar la acción del Gobierno”, esta función está “específicamente atribuida a las Cortes Generales”.
Creo que ya queda todo aclarado.

So, we have that the most usual it is to go to Google in search of other specific webpages, such as Bebo in the first place, MySpace, Metacafe (yes, before YouTube), Radioblog, Wikipedia or Mininova. About people and organizations, the most wanted is ficticious: Borat. Hizbullah also has known to gain the attention of the internauts, like Paris Hilton that is the most looked for in... news! (isn't there more interesting news?). New technologies such as Podcast, AJAX or Web 2.0 are also between the most consulted in Google, like drugs: carisprodol, acyclovir, tramadol, Xenical, ... in addition to the already classic ones Vicodin and Xanax. If I knew this, I would publish my mail, it's sure that I'll get more visits. Also spanish words had its presence: capote, calidad, ensayo, ciencia, administración, filosofía... So, what happened to Zeitgeist in Spanish? Well, it already exists a mini-Zeitgeist in Spanish. About scandals, the most famous seems to be the one about lacrosse players of the University of Duke, followed by the fraud by a Project Runaway competitor or the Reggie Bush scandal uncovered by Yahoo! Sports. And about weddings, divorces and deceases, the top is reached by Nicole Kidman, Paul McCartney and Aaron Spelling respectively.

Barcelona is declared antibullfighting and prepared the closing of its bullring, El País publishes a survey that says that the interest by the bullfighting has descended. Are we seeing the end of bullfighting? I hope so. There are many antibullfighting webpages in Internet, but not so well documented as En buenas manos, Shark or Underave about the technics used to torture bulls. About the title, I took it from a song from Ska-P with Orujo de brujas.

The decimal numeration begins with 0 and when the 9 -the last symbol- is reached, the next is 0 and we carry 1 to add it to the following more significant digit; i.e., if we add 1 plus 9, the result is 0 and we carry 1 for the following digit. In hexadecimal the symbols doesn't end with 9, after this came A, B, ..., F and only after F is when we come back to 0 and add 1 to the following digit. So, the first 17 numbers in hexadecimal are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F, 10. If for example, we have the number 39, the following would be 3A. The one that comes after 99, the 9A. After 4F comes 50. And after 9F comes A0. To be able to add and multiply or to convert between decimal and hexadecimal the most usual is to pass trough binary. In binary only to symbols are used: 1 and 0, and the value of every digit is 2position. For example, in the number 11001 the values are:
